Pray for a home in Northwest Wales
I have a rather big and personal prayer request to share at this time. As many of your may know, last summer (2021) I lost the rental property in Talysarn, which had been my home since my return to Wales in 2017. It was simply a matter of the landlords’ wanting to sell the property (it is definitely a “sellers’ market” in Northwest Wales at the moment).

For the past several months, we’ve been presenting some financial needs as an appeal to you, the reader. As we come As we are looking forward to this summer, one of our greatest needs is the recruiting of students for our projects on-field. You will probably see a lot over the next few months about this, both in our newsletter and blog but also through social media.

I would like to begin this month’s blogposts by wishing you all a very Happy New Year! I hope and pray that your 2022 has gotten off to a good start. I realise that with the spike in Omicron cases as well as some pretty severe and unusual weather, we might be tempted to feel a bit down and defeated early on in this new year. But I pray that we will all keep our hope and confidence in Christ and do our best to face the challenges AND the opportunities that are ahead of us in 2022.

As a team, we have tried hard to keep up with the normal rhythms of our interaction with each other during this time. As about half of us are currently in the USA and the rest in Wales or other countries at the moment, this has not always been easy, but somehow we’ve been able to keep things going.
