Practically since the inception of this blog, we have tried to share with you about our pretty much perpetual need for personnel, especially on-field but also to serve from home. We have made lists of these needs and tried to stress the importance of them on numerous occasions.

Over the next 6-8 months a number of us, serving on field in Wales and the Basque Country, are going to be moving around a good bit and in some cases making a major move over the long-term. Consequently, “transition” will be a theme for many of us over the next few months.

Jesus stories are a daily part of our life and ministry here in Wales. We earnestly believe that God transforms people as they experience Jesus through His parables, miracles and teachings. When it comes to sharing our faith with others, Jesus stories are a great way to give someone a glimpse of God’s family, a taste of what it means to be reconciled and welcomed home. But sometimes the stories surprise us on our own journeys with God.

I have shared a bit of this information on my social media, but I have been reluctant to share a personal, medical issue here, especially as so many people are suffering much worse things these days. We have some positive developments, but also prayer requests related to a couple of new personnel to serve with us on the Team, currently in Wales. Thank you for praying for their transitions and settling. I would also ask you, please, to pray for all of us here during January as we are praying, evaluating, and seeking God’s direction and will for the work and focus of Linguæ Christi for the rest of 2021.
